Heart chakra vs inner self

Heart chakra and inner self are the same thing? If not what are they?

If by inner self you mean soul/spirit, this is different from the heart chakra. The heart chakra is the middle chakra of the body’s 7 main chakras. A balance point.

The chakras are part of the nonphysical body’s energy systems. The meridians & aura are 2 others.

Spirit is not related with any chakra. Chakras are functions of the body and spirit is beyond the body.
What do think about chakras of a dead body.

The heart chakra is one expression... the central one... of the inner self or spirit being.

All Chakras are from your inner self. Inner self is all chakras and more. Our inner energy field can be felt throughout the whole body. When you feel your inner energy field through your whole body, your body feels so good. As well as your mood.

I asked the question because I can feel my heart chakra moving in my chest area and I talk to him. I told him you would never leave me would you (as if this was possible lol), he raised to my throat and made me like crying. :hug2:

It is like a symbiosis, when I love myself I can feel it ... and I love it more.
