Eye Improvement Help

I use the computer a lot, and have for years, and it is having a negative impact on my vision. I am taking alpha lipoic acid and lutein but wondering if anyone on the forum might have improved their own vision in any particular way or with certain herbals or vitamins?

If so, I'd love to hear how you did it.

Hell hnasc, I recently post a web link demonstrating how to excercise the eyes. The eyes are muscles too, excercising the eyes has helped me a great deal. I do it between computer useage. My spirit lead me to post this web link for others, I hope it will help you as it has me.
