Yer I know (my head) lol . It's kinda how It Is tho . It's no difference to being at work conversing with people really . Most of the spirit visitors that connect with me are kinda for my benefit In a way, those that had similar quests, similar knowledge / Interests .

It's not like someone nagging on at me but I do switch of at times when I have my cave moments .

i've gotten a LOT better about protecting my headspace (and all of my self/soul recently) and been able to limit only those coming in that are positive. definitely a good feeling compared to in the past when i tinkered around with telepathy and the like, without ever protecting myself.

i've learned you can't practice this stuff halfway! lol
