Meditation Classes...

Just curious if anyone has attended any instruction classes? Wondering what it's actually like to learn about and do meditation in a group setting. I just found a six week class (one day a week) for only $60. I went to the orientation type thing yesterday to check it out. It seems cool, but I just don't know if I'll actually be able to relax and breathe with so many others around me. Just some thoughts if you would like to share. =)

i have not taken such a course. but i recommend sticking to it, until the course ends at least. there will certainly be no harm in that.:>)

Blair2be... oh of course, silly. =) Haha... I was lucky enough to be able to go in last night without paying the $60 yet. I'm sticking to it for sure, I love new experiences and it's like going to school, but I get to actually learn about myself. Haha. Thanks for the reply.
