auras of crystal pendulums

I am pretty new to this but have a black tourmaline that I use, and responses are very good. When using it one evening, I started noticing that it was glowing a pretty yellow/gold. Since then, if I try to see the aura of it I can pretty easily.
I am wondering if anyone else has noticed the auras of the crystals, or other pendulum items?
What do you think about this? And do you think the aura color is related to the crystal/item, or us/higher selves, etc.?

As far as I know everything has an aura, it's just rare that people see them, do you see auras round people too?

Hi Daisy,
I am new to seeing auras, but see my own after relaxing my eyes, and see auras on some objects. It just surprised me that the aura of my tourmaline was so obvious when I wasn't trying. When I was waiting in a doctor's office, there were photos of all of them. I was able to see the aura of the doctor I was going to see that day. Sometimes it just happens when I am not trying, and sometimes when I am.
It is hard to practice on people without making them nervous, so I give up if it doesn't happen in the first few seconds.

Hi I sometimes see like a smokey swirl around my pendalum, I dont know if this is the same thing as im not that good with auras..well this is my only experience of them..

Nice, Topaz! So I am wondering if the crystals aura's change or stay the same. ? Interesting that both of ours are black with gold auras! :)

My smokey aura is from a jasper one.

Today i did a good body scan with my pendulum. After i did a good self Reiki. The glow from my pendulum was definitely blu an inch thick. It also went all the way up the chain.

Well, well, well! So it's not just my crystals that are glowing with energy or have auras, then. My Sodalite has a blue aura and a number of the others have a clear glow when they have been charged with sunlight.

oh wow ! i was just looking for answer to this!!
the other night i was practising with my Amethst Pendulum, (im still at the very early starges of learning ) and withing seconds it was glowing bright orange aura, im pleased other people see this too,
with human auras i only see white at the moment but with objects i also see some colours,
