Has anyone tried this method?

I was browsing around on youtube searching astral projection when i found this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9IhZAHV_xl0 . It's a 4 part explanation and demonstration how to project. What's interesting to me is I've been reading around for a few weeks now and I've never heard of a method similar to this. What do you guys think?

It sounds interesting. I watched all four.
It sounds scary but I may try it sometime.
I admit I am afraid of the dark and ghost.
Not spirits though because I talk
to them a lot so they're in my comfort level.
Not to mention they protect me when I take
my walk in the woods.

Anyways back on topic... during all my research of
AP or AT I have never heard of a even similar method.
It seems like a very cool one though. Thanks a bunch

I've tried it before, though, not very extensively, and think it's not very effective. Or at least, it's only effective in a certain way. His technique is unnecessarily complex and some of his descriptions don't match what I've experienced. His explanation of spirits, for example, is total nonsense. For people with strong third eyes this technique might be effective.
