Crystals on essential oil bottle?

I have a bottle of rose absolute essential oil, but on the rim there's sticky crystals. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I get a new bottle?

what other ingredients are there rosiegirl? or is it just pure rose absolute? my other absolute oil is Frangipani absolute essential oil and from what I know essential oil is best to keep in a dark and cool place, the other to note is the heat of the area you keep it. If it smells 'off' to you, it would be best to clear it and get another new one. You can look up more information about 'absolutes oil' and about these 'crystal-like structures' that are formed.
