Plus Size Yoga

Ok so I'm a plus size beginner. A very plus size!! I've found a couple of videos on youtube, but they only show a couple of moves rather than a workout sequence that I was expecting. Help?

I've been leant a mat, a belt and 2 blocks so I'm read to go...

I taught myself yoga from a book years ago, and you could find a beginner's video and modify the poses yourself based on how flexible you are. Just like in exercise videos, they have a person showing beginner, intermediate and advanced. Good luck!

Hey, I am a bit plus size but have been practicing for years.

The other day, I had a yoga teacher bigger than me being a total hard butt in vinyasa class. She was incredible! She made us work so hard even some of the more advanced people were resting but she was keeping up ahead of us all.

Yoga is seriously for everyone!!!
