Hello,
Anyone has any experience with Black Cumin Oil?
I started use it because my pharmacist recommended to me. I became very exhausted for the last couple of months, allergies, infections, one after another. I know most of them just want to sell there's products. It's not cheap, strange taste, should be taken few times a day for a longer period of time. At least it's tested and has no side effects.
Thank you.

black cumin is actually an uncommon name for it
if you have some local foreign markets
especially indian or mediterranean
look for nigella oil/nigella seed oil
its the same thing
but you will likely find it cheaper

also, i highly recommend (sweet)almond oil

It's stated on declaration:
Pure cold pressed Black Seed Oil (Nigella sativa L.), Egypt, pressed in Germany.
I will ask for sweet almond oil, and look for some other markets, too.
Thank you!
